Serving Teams

Ideally, your volunteer work aligns with a number of things: your passions, skills, resources (not just financial, but in-kind gifts may have to offer others), and even your season of life. If you need help finding this place, we’d love to help you through our PATHWAYS program.

Other ways to explore how all those things intersect with the needs of our community:

  • Check out our new BASE, a centralized source of serving opportunities throughout the community: volunteer.loveoutloudws.com

  • Sign up for our weekly email below

  • Join us most Thursdays at 8am at Krankies Coffee on 3rd Street to get connected

1st Serve Opportunities

Whether you're a "try-it-before-you-buy-it" type or just aren't exactly sure how you would fit with a certain organization or volunteer role - we strongly believe in the value of 1st serve opportunities for you.

These are episodic, done-in-a-day (or less), little-to-no training required opportunities for you to serve alongside an organization before you sign up for trainings and checks.
